Paulo Rená
Paulo Rená is Professor of Law, Innovation, and Technology at the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the Centro Universitário de Brasília – CEUB. He is a Ph.D. student and Master in Law, State, and Constitution at the University of Brasília. He is President Director at Instituto Beta: Internet & Democracia and a researcher at Aqualtune LAB, both NGOs that are part of the Coalition for Online Rights. He is a Senior Public Policy Consultant at ISOC Brazil for Cryptography and Intermediary Responsibility, a Member of the InternetLAB Advisory Board, and a Federal Public Servant at the Superior Labor Court. He was a manager for the collective drafting process of the Marco Civil da Internet at the Secretariat of Legislative Affairs of the Ministry of Justice.
